GIMAC - Scheduler
ISIM allows the scheduling of Service Reconciliations, Lifecycle Rules and General Administration events. Service reconciliations default to being run at midnight unless amended by the Security Administrator. Inappropriate scheduling of reconciliations can cause ISIM to slow down or stop due to shortages of systems resources.
When planning ISIM maintenance windows it can be difficult to identify appropriate times to minimise disruption as scheduled events are not easily identified.
The GIMAC scheduler allows all future scheduled events to be displayed in a Calendar view: -
- reconciliation schedules can be reviewed and optimised in seconds
- suitable times for scheduling new recons or maintenance windows can easily be identified
